I love the speed of Chrome! Safari is way too slow and Firefox has lagging issues, at least for me.

For my fellow Chrome users, try a web capture add-on like this one. It allows you to select a partial view or whole page view. You can then add arrows and text boxes for comments if you want to send a web page to someone with your notes. Save the file to your desktop, then you can email as an attachment. Since your notes are already on the screen capture, you don’t need to type separate notes in your email.
